Working with different culture

I think I will work as a manager at foreign capital company.
American don't care whether women work as boss, or not.
I think American women are stronger than Japanese women.

    I agree with you.
    America is a suitable country for women who want to work hard.
    I want to be an independence woman, so I want to work in the US, too.

    I think so,too. I think American people have their own opinion,and they try to say them, but most Japanese people don't.
